1. About Us
This website and the Adulting 101 brand are operated by THE EXECUTIVE EDGE, a private company registered in South Africa under registration number 2025/472572/07.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THE EXECUTIVE EDGE and Adulting 101.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our Products and Services
We provide educational products and resources, including online courses, digital toolkits, downloadable workbooks, templates and other digital learning materials.
Product descriptions, course outlines and other information are provided to help customers understand what is included before making a purchase. We endeavour to keep this information accurate and up to date.
3. Educational Purpose
Our courses, toolkits and other resources are provided for educational and informational purposes. While we aim to provide practical, accurate and useful information, our content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

4. Orders and Payments
Prices are displayed on our website before checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.
Orders are subject to successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, duplicate transaction, fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the account or email address used when purchasing.
Course login details and access credentials are intended for the individual customer and may not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to another person unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Refunds
Because our products are primarily digital, downloaded or accessed electronically, purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Once digital content has been downloaded, accessed or course access has been provided, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer has changed their mind.
This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable South African law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, course content, workbooks, toolkits, templates, graphics, written materials and other original content supplied by us remain the intellectual property of THE EXECUTIVE EDGE or are used by us under appropriate permission or licence.
A purchase gives the customer a limited right to use the relevant materials for their own personal or authorised educational use. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, courses or digital products for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website or learning platform, or use our content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person.
9. Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to keep our website and digital services available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed.
